Canceling a subscription will not immediately remove your access to the webpage. Regardless of what time you cancel, you will still have access to the site until the end of the most recent term that has been paid for.
I canceled my subscription but was still charged. What should I do?
If you have an email from Epoch Billing Support or the webmaster of the site verifying your subscription was canceled prior to any charges you are disputing, please forward it to billingsupport@epoch.com. Once we receive this, we will be more than happy to resolve this issue by crediting your account for transactions that might have been made in error.
How do I determine my member identification number?
Your member identification number is provided to you in a confirmation email which is sent immediately after your successful subscription purchase. If you misplace this ID number, you can search for it by visiting https://epoch.com. You will be taken to a page where you may search for your subscription.
